* Drinking water - water comes in through a well and runs through UV, sediment and carbon filters.
* Pillows and blankets are provided.
* Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated in the listing.
* You will need to clean the cottage, remove all garbage and food, and ensure grounds/fire pit are free from garbage when you check out as per welcome book instructions.
* Should we have to do an emergency clean over and above and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
* BBQ Gas is provided.
* Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
* Dockside Drift owners will allow one adult dog on approval.
* Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour's property.
* Water levels at the lake: you may notice that, when you arrive at the cottage, the lake level/shoreline may be different from the photos you saw on the listing. That's because water levels are controlled by the Trent-Severn Waterway(TSW). Historically, this means lake levels tend to be higher in June-July and drawn down in August-September. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $185.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
PAYMENT POLICY: The rental rate and all fees are subject to HST. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
